Full-screen apps. Each one reserves a slice of the module's small settings memory, which is the limit you will hit first. Anything that no longer fits is greyed out as you go.

Hemisphere applets come in themed groups. These cost program space rather than settings memory, so they trade against each other rather than against apps.
